Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to our fulfillment partner for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Typical delivery timeframes:


  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment (may vary by destination)

Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


 

Tracking Information


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


 

 

Delays


BÉNIE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
  • Events beyond our control

 

 


Lost or Missing Packages


If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

If you still need assistance, contact us at hello@beniebethebrand.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation, and we’ll do our best to help.


 


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

BÉNIE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Orders that are returned to the sender due to an incorrect address may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.



 

Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@beniebethebrand.com within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging


We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
