Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare or personal care items.
This policy exists to ensure product safety, hygiene, and integrity for all customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@beniebethebrand.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Skincare and personal care products
- Opened or used items
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws.
However, health and personal care products are exempt from standard cooling-off returns once opened or unsealed.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
